ELIZABETH C. GIANOLA Member
Ms. Gianola’s practice encompasses all facets of civil litigation from inception to negotiated resolution to trial with an emphasis on the areas of real estate litigation, business litigation, and intellectual property litigation. She represents clients before both federal and state courts and before administrative tribunals. She has also authored appellate briefs and argued before both federal and state appellate courts.
In addition to her practice, Ms. Gianola has published and lectured on international land use issues and was a visiting scholar of the University of California, Berkeley. She served as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee, Real Property Law Section, of the California Bar and legal counsel and Member of the Board of Trustees for the World Affairs Council of the Monterey Bay Area. She has provided pro bono legal services for the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area.
