DEBORAH S. HOWARD Of Counsel

Ms. Howard’s practice places a dedicated focus on all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, probate law and estate administration. She has a proven track record of more than fifteen years serving her clients’ comprehensive and varied trust and estate needs.  Ms. Howard strives to make the legal process as stress-free as possible by providing clients with clear explanations of their options.

Ms. Howard received awards, honors and scholarships for outstanding academic achievement in law school.  Upon graduating law school at the top of her class, she immediately passed the California bar exam and began working with Horan Lloyd as a trust and estates attorney.

Before practicing law, Ms. Howard spent more than 20 years working in accounting and business management for Silicon Valley corporations and a large medical partnership on the Central Coast.
