Bianca Karim


Ms. Karim’s practice focuses on civil litigation, employment law and employee benefits. Her experience includes representing local and national clients in administrative proceedings and in state and federal courts in a wide range of commercial and employment litigation matters. In addition to her practice, Ms. Karim is a contributor to Oxford Reports on International Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Karim practiced civil litigation focusing on labor and employment matters in Washington, DC. She served as a legal specialist for the United Nations in Dhaka, Bangladesh and New York and worked as a research assistant for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, focusing on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
